The fix coffee will always send out the very best and freshest coffee we have we will accept returns for the following:

  • Goods damaged or faulty before dispatch
  • Incorrect orders delivered

NB:goods must be dated within 7 days of notification of any issues to us.

This policy observes our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act (1993), and Fair Trading Act (1986).Please email us oninfo@thefixcoffee.co.nz if you require assistance.


Whenever possible,the fix coffee repairs or replaces damaged or faulty goods or we give a refund.
